Headquartered in Miami Beach, Oldtown Capital Partners is a real estate company focused on investing and developing apartment buildings in South Florida, Central Ohio, and Indiana.

Anthony Hodes

President

Anthony Hodes is the President and Founder of Oldtown Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s strategic vision and oversees its ground-up development platform. With extensive experience in institutional real estate investment and development, Anthony plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and success.

Before founding Oldtown, Anthony held several key positions in the real estate industry. He most recently worked with Related Companies in financial analysis and project management roles on the market-rate development team in Chicago. Prior to his time at Related, Anthony was involved in real estate private equity at Tribune Real Estate Holdings, where he honed his expertise in managing complex transactions and large-scale developments.

Recognized for his leadership and contributions to the industry, Anthony was named one of Chicago’s Latino 40 Under 40 by Negocios Now. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Michigan.

Michael Serposs

Partner

Michael Serposs is a Founding Partner of Oldtown Capital Partners. Mr. Serposs oversees the company’s asset management, property management and Columbus acquisitions.

Prior to Oldtown, he was a Director for Starwood Retail Partners, the retail arm of the global private equity firm Starwood Capital Group. In this capacity, he underwrote and deployed over $300 million in accretive redevelopment capital to revitalize and transform the shopping center portfolio into dynamic mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Starwood, Mr. Serposs worked as a commercial real estate appraiser at the financial advisory firm Duff & Phelps.

Mr. Serposs holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a triple major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, International Business, and Economics.
